- **Domestic Shipping (USA):** We use reliable carriers like USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Standard ground shipping is automatically calculated and based on weight and destination.

- Honey is a stable, non-perishable product with a long shelf life, but extreme heat during transit may cause minor crystallization (which is natural and reversible by gentle warming).
- We package securely to prevent damage, but if your order arrives compromised (e.g., leaking jars), contact us within 7 days for a resolution (see our Return Policy for details).
- We cannot guarantee delivery dates or times, and we are not liable for any indirect losses due to delays.

#### Changes or Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing care@1992honeyco.com. After that, if not yet shipped, we may accommodate changes at our discretion (fees may apply).
